Maple-Raisin Oatmeal

Makes 4 servings

1 cup rolled oats
½ cup raisins
¼ cup milk
¼ cup maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger

Combine all ingredients with 1½ cups water in saucepan. Bring to a boil; simmer 5 minutes until thick and creamy.
